R	Riku Bharwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really bad experience here my father visited the hospital he had ulcer in stomach one of the doctor of this hospital gave him antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs without any reason he doesn't had depression or anything related to his mind .after 6-7 months when we consulted another doctor he told us about the whole thing now he is suffering badly. Because rehabilitation from these drugs is a really tough . Till now i met 5-6 people suffering from the same .Please be aware coz this doctor give these medicine to most of the people visit him .

That's where City Hospital comes into picture. Family like staff ready to help in any manner. Clean rooms and washrooms. Well sanitized.. Place of hospitality and moral support..My brother is doing well. We staying in room 402.And yes super awsm view form the windows for just swing up things for you. Feels like home.
a	anupam parihar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will rate this facilty as 5 Star and I will explain why it deserves such rating. We got our child deliver here in Nov 2020. Day1 we entered the hospital, got scanned by the staff as per covid policy, the hospital ensures you wear mask, The Gynae Dr Pradeep Makkar who is a male Gynae (In India you will rarely see people visitng a male gynae), Dr Makkar consulting felt like we met a well experienced, calm, confident Doctor (we chose him because we previously had 3 deliveries done by him in our relatives family). Day2 the admission- This stage was full of warmth, helpful, welcoming. Though private room was not given to us initially but staff ensured as soon as the other patient moved out, a fully sanitised room with all ficilities was given to us. Delivery- The staff and team of consultant ensures the birth happens naturaly, if not then they go for C Section. The experience in the labour room was really good (As per my wife), the Nurses the team of docs everything was good. To us CITY hospital was better then peers, we have explored there competetion and trusted CITY (Under Pandemic Norms) because of its people and facility. Since we are use too of Metropolitian Hospitality This hospitals stands tall in taking care, Dr Makkar, Dr Sugantha, the admin staff Palvika and supporting nurses, cleaning staff, guards, security to cafe. A big thanks to all of you form all of my family members, may you all grow big and create the best in town hospital facility.
P	Pardeep Kumar Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, more then metros, no COVID regulations, dirty corners and doctors from another world. Went for a sore in the foot. Got in queue for registration and charged 200/- Went to doctor and he spent 30 seconds and immediately asked to go for all kind of tests - Ultrasound and blood test etc.. No physical examination, didn't even bothered to look at last test report or prescription from another doctor. In fact he refused to check. Thereafter, the tests are way too expensive (ultrasound for 900/- and regular blood test for 980/-). Report would come in 3-4 hrs. and you have to remind the reception to fetch the same. They will not call you at all, even though they promised. Thereafter waited for an hour and half for the doctor and he spent 1 minute max. to write down MR recommended medicines for you. The medicine subscribed are available in their inhouse medical shop only, so no choice to buy from another place. Medicines costed me 1400/- All in all I would recommend this as a last resort, if nothing available. Any 5 star recommendation in reviews I can assure you are fake and self made. Govt. should put a cap on such money making ventures and investigate these irregularities especially at places where people can't afford such huge amounts.
R	Ranjit Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll give negative rating to this building...i don't even want to say this place a hospital. Rude behaviour of staff at reception,radiologist,medicine department. They think themseves so superior that they even don't know how to spoke to elder people.There is no social distancing, no proper management, even doctors are just degree holders. They don't know how to talk. My father CT score was 20. But doctor told that take these medicine for 5 days and come back after 5 days. AIIMS hospital guidlines told that severe covid patient to be admit in ICU. But because of there reckless attitude i have lost my father. Worst experience...
P	Priyashree Thapa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ City Hospital Dr. Wise it's good but when it is concerned with patients it's very pathetic. My dad is in ICU ,every work has to be done by attendent only. Patients hygiene is concerned they are least bothered . I saw with my eyes needles were lying on the floor ,I picked it up and threw it in a bin. If this is with ICU then you can think what will be the condition of other wards or patients they are dealing with?
s	sahil thakur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.noone listen to you.They are misleading the patients,staff members are behaving so rude,if they don't know how to talk to the people just make them work somewhere else.and the people who are sitting in the reception desk they don't know how to deal with the people.Their machinery setup always is in official hours always making people wait for the whole day.And the Dr lal path reception desk always giving excuses to extend the timing of the reports and when someone asks them why is it happening and as usual their response is we are facing issues with the machinery.And the most important these people behaving like they are talking to animals.They are just money makers always focusing how to make money.pathetic services,worst cleanliness,if you really love your loved ones.before coming to this place think thousand times,so you will not face such issues with yourself and your loved ones.They are just only taking people illness advantage.
