★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good hospital with a reliable facility. My mother was admitted here n Dr Prince Raina n whole staff is very professional n helpful throughout our stay here. A very good hospital indeed. We request branch of it in Palampur or Sujanpur Tirhra or Jaisinghpur. There is no good hospital n we have lost a lot of lives which could have been saved had a good hospital like this been there. Thanks once again Dr Prince n staff of Fortis Kangra. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant security staff specifically female one and personal blanket/ Fruits are not allowed in personal room which need to look by admin. Any logic behind this? No water cooler is accessible in the night in entire building. Doctor’s are very good and sister’s are cooperative (after few chasers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me having treated good just didn't happen here. The staff is so not caring, that they can ask a pregnant lady who already waited for her turn to consult doctor for hours to get the file changed just because it was torn from sides and to start waiting clock all over again. They also do not care and can ask you to get up from your death bed to go all the way out of the premises and have come with the documents photo copied, since they cannot afford a copier inside the premises, oh they can, my bad- its for themselves and staff as they are not healthy enough to move out and get done.
Maybe it's about money for you but for patient its never about the money, treat them well while you drain out their pockets.
A hospital staff should never lack empathy.
The Doctors are indeed great here but its the staff patient gets to deal more with and your staff is a big big turn off.
They do not deserve even a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience visiting the hospital. All the staffs are cooperative and helpful and very polite . One of the best hospitals in the city. . Digital payments also accepted. The quality of doctors is superb. Almost all specialty consultants here. Huge parking space with security .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was diagnosed with tumor in by ankle bone. De. Prince raina was my primary doctor. He explained all the treatment process really well and all the risk associated with it. I stayed there for three days. The nursing staff is exceptionally well. They took care of everything. Medicine and food was provided on time. Overall great experience.

Doctors are not available for about 2-4 hours on no account.... Security specially of the first floor is extremely rude and talks roughly with no professionalism
Sister priyanka was the only one who was extremely polite and sensitive towards the patient...
