# Rude staff : especially the female librarian is extremely disrespectful and rude even to medical students

# Collection of books is vast but again students have limited access
# Central cooling system is available but staff operates it at its owns whims
# Pillar heaters have broken rods and students are forced to study in chillng cold while the only working heater is grabbed by the librarian
