First off all no proper treatment for patients and thing is they won't inform any charges and also I went through ESI but they didn't check whether the patient has medical benifits Or not and then thay slowly told that you should pay the bill by your self... This was totally idiot things they have in there hospital the staffs did not check whether he is eligible or not and also they there is no proper response for the concern and even highlight is that lab technician can give injection for the patient this people are fully money minded and also the hospital and it's ward were the patient attended is full of dirty worst ever hospital seen in my I thik GH will be better for the treatment.... Plse don't ever get hospitalized in this hospital worst ever......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hospital, completely money minded. They charge the price seeing patients criticality, as the patients oxygen saturation was 88 and immediately needed medical treatment doctor demanded 25k per day excluding medicines and food for covid patient for general ward. When we tried to negotiate with doctor S.G.Shetty rudely responded if not your patient than other patients are in que and ready to pay 50k per day. He said you can take her home think and let him know next day. More over complete staff was rude with patients and more shocking part is all the attenders are allowed in covid-19 ward and few of them were staying over night with covid patients. Medicines goes missing over night, I bought 5k medicines around 5 to 6 drips and around 5 bottles of injections by night 11.00 pm and went home when I came back by 7.00 am next day. Everything was gone, on checking with patients got an confirmation of receiving only 1 drips, on enquiring with nurse she ignored my question and choose to remain silent even after my several requests. I have seen other patient attenders fighting in reception as there were not even 1 doctor in hospital post 9.00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was not available for about 30 minutes in emergency. Staff says as doctor have gone out for a Tea break. I don't know during lockdown dated 5.4.21 none of the restaurant are open and the doctor is missing for about 30 minutes. What if any accident victim come for the first aid or the emergency help.
Did not expect the service by the senior doctor,
Hope the patients will not get neglected repeatedly. Being a doctor he himself have selected the profession to help the mankind, but himself have forgotten to continue.
