Very good hospital in terms of identifying the illness, diagnosis and treatment. Good doctors and nurses. One star less because the administration staff at the reception, billing and on the floor, do not see a necessity to wear masks and social distancing. You will see the administration staff will loetter around the floor talking to everyone, greeting patients their attendees without a face mask in place. God save them !!!

Do not ever go to this hospital. All doctors don't even know what they are doing careless attitude towards emergency patient. There is no 24/7 doctor available in icu. They know only to loot people. Dr basheer knows only to talk instead of trying to provide proper facilities. don't even following corona protocols. Dr.anup cardiologist tells to his patient corona came and gone for ypu without even testing or doing ct scan for lungs.playing with emotions , pain of patients.you never going to see the patient back ones you admi t into icu

Admitted from 5 April to 11 April Excellent Hospital Small but compact has all the facilities. Caring and dedicated Nursing Staff, at both ward and Emergency care. Dont want to take names but they were all available within a minute. Dr Gagan and Duty Doctor Sameer were highly knowledgeable, and answered all queries and doubts with high degree of patience. Specially Dr Gagan, he could answer my cousins who were doctors and to the line of treatment and my recovery status. One night Dr Gagan visited the hospital at 11 in the night when he heard that there was a medicine shortage and checked all patients who were taking that medicine. Support & Cleaning staff very very nice, they maintained themselves very clean by sunnitising frequently and also kept the hospital and wash rooms clean. Also provided hot water and fans to patients 24/7 Reception and account staff need to improve their quality of service . that was the only bad thing here

I have a worst experience recently when my dad was not well in the midnight and we took him to Specialist Hospital. My dad was not able to breath as he was Asthma patient and we all requested and begged them in emergency to give some first aid as his condition was deteriorating. Even after our multiple requests, they didn't agree to admit and didn't provide any first aid treatment. In Specialist Hospital, they checked my dad's oxygen level inside my car and asked to take him to nearby Janapriya hospital, even after understanding the criticality and not giving value to life. We took him to Janapriya hospital too, but they also didn't agree to provide him first aid treatment and by the time we rushed him to Baptist hospital, they declared he was brought dead. What is the use of such hospital where they can't even give first aid treatment to the patient who are collapsing, where they dont have value of people's life, where they dont have any courtesy towards the life and feeling. I will strongly not recommend anyone to go this hospital as they dont give any value for life. They just want to make money with people's life. They dont have any dignity to be called as Janapriya. Now I always feel guilty that if I would have taken him to some other hospital, then I would have saved his life. So I humbly request all my friends who are reading this review that they should not feel regret for taking their beloved one to such hospitals and if something happens to them.

Service is good.but to fill their beds even though we are in a good condition, they want to give so much medication.and there is no proper response from doctors.each doctor will say different opinions.if there is any issue, there is no proper way to communicate with anyone.they took care of me lot... But I don't think so money is growing on trees.i hope so they understand.if possible my dear doctors kindly communicate with properly..by the way I also work in service sector. Tooooo much frustrated really...

I went there when I had throat infection and the doc Sujith singh didn't even check my throat but put me in drips. All he gave me was the meds which I was already taking and had no effect on my throat. Only good in taking money.
