They are very sensitive to the customers' needs and help the customers out of the way. I went there to purchase new cellphone for my aged parents. Mr. Pratikbhai spent so much time and energy to make them acquainted with the smart phone. With their request, he even visited their house to explain them further applications of the phone. Thanks Pratikbhai & Thanks Classic Electronics. It was the best shopping experience I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Nokia phone for mom.. Worked only for one month.. Went to store..was exchanged post a lot of argument inspite of replacement policy on phone..wow.. The replaced phone worked only for two weeks.. Wastage of time and money.. Don't think they sell original products.. Think twice before you buy from this shop.. Really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 landline phones and an earphone. Within 2 weeks, one landline phone went bad. The ear buds didn't work for even once. They changed the buds after I had to raise my voice in front of customers. Till then they were denying to provide any service. The landline phone was not even attended for 1 week and was lying in a pile along with about 20 other phones. I don't even keep garbage in my house like this, let alone a brand new phone paid fully by a customer!
Again, had to raise my voice and then things moved. Got my brand new phone repaired after 2 weeks and it became a used 2nd hand phone in just 2 weeks! I was so disappointed, I didn't even go to collect it for another week or so.
Reminds me why to order online rather than buy from local stores that rob customers dry by selling substandard pieces. (they don't have a landline where I could check before buying or before purchasing). Had to explain issue 3 times to 3 different people without any resolution. Finally had to again explain it to service engineer all over again to get phone fixed.
The earphone replacement option was to buy Boat that cost 2 times what is available online. Since I was already invested (of course they don't provide any refund), had no choice but to buy something that I would never have purchased otherwise. The sound from Rs. 450 earphones is tinny and like earphones that cost Rs 100 on roadside. Other choices I had was to buy Boat that cost Rs. 1100. Online prices of good quality boat earphones are around 400 to 500. Why would anyone pay double price for similar quality.?
Avoid this store as much as you can. It's ridiculously expensive and has questionable quality and limited choices. 2 of 3 items purchased were bad. So you can judge quality for yourself and it cannot be just my bad luck ?. You may go there if you have extra money to burn.

When I went there to show them their product condition after 1 week
They say there’s no warranty on all these things and started giving useless excuses

Top 10-Mobile shop next to it is much better
*Yes I know there’s no warranty but do you know exactly on what date I purchased that from your shop? Because no invoice was made of that and neither any bill was given to me
Maximum 8-9 days used because I purchased the new airpods on 16th Jan and came to your shop on 17th jan for purchasing the protection case which is not at all protecting it and the airpods are coming out it and was about to fall because of the third class material which got loosen just after using for 8-9 days
So instead of talking about warranty Talk about Guarantee and trust you provide to your customers
I would have considered and not minded if it would have lasted for a month At least..
