Once you go for asking how are the rent of room and all other stuffs.He will cleverly take your number and ask for some advance payment and he will not leave you if you dnt give any adv. I stayed there for 2 months and the experiebce was horrible. In night if the current is gone. Even if he has the invertor he will not switch on rather he would say let 1 hr go then i will switch on and like this he will just play.. food quality is not also good..

check the menu before paying for food service
ask for unit they ask for 11 rs per unit of electricity and provided the worst ac consuming 3 units per hour

I stayed at this PG for 4 months. I found the place very dirty. Cleaning boy visited once a month for cleaning toilet, bathroom and room. Which was disgusting. When I reported this to Owner Mr. Neeraj Sharma he didn't reply on this.
Quality of food they serve is worst for a human to eat. Roten vegetables are used to prepare the food. I found half baked chapatties many times. Again when I reported this to Owner he didn't reply.
Please never deposit security amount to them. You will not get it back. I saw many students fighting for there security amount. Even I didn't get my security amount.

they dont return back security and give excuse that you broke almorah mirror etc,
moreover pg is not safe.. They even not do police verification of people nor ask for any identity proof.
food taste and quality is so cheap
you will regret after you live here
so be careful from this Fraud Couple

The rates are on the higher end. You can find better places to stay in same or lesser price.
The condition of all the rooms is very bad.

Their services are worst than ever,in addition, they don't even provide services. In the name of services, they are hypocritical people. They won't understand your concern, in return, they will blame you if something is wrong.
The way the owner behaves is so ruthless.To be honest ,they provide less vegetables and that to stale vegetables which are available in less cost and store it in the fridge for many days. So, I advice, please don't waste your money and time to stay in that ghatia pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst PG I ever stayed. Poor Management, unresponsive owners. Maintenance and food is awful. Fridge hai par usse use nhi kar sakte. WIFI hai jo har do din me connectivity issue aata hai. According to the price of 7500 the services are not worth.
I will not suggest any one to stay here.
