★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of construction work, building plan , location are very impressive and good. Well maintained society, ample space for garden and others outdoor activities, facilities available for indoor recretional activities, enough car parking lots and so on. It is prime property.

Bigger pathway. Shops available. Superb place to accommodate. A prestigioup mega residential project at Ghansoli Navi Mumbai. Nice maintained cleanliness is super.

1) The flat sizes are good and bigger than all nearby buildings (atlantis and bhagwati) . Bedrooms can easily accommodate king size beds and wardrobes.
2) the bathroom sizes are adequate
3) dry areas adjoining the bathrooms and kitchen are very useful for keeping washing machine and hanging clothes and keeping old unused stuff.
4) the extra room near the entrances have been taken in by all owners which adds to the living room areas.
5) society common facilities (gym, garden, children play area, indoor football and cricket areas, swimming pool, indoor gaming area, av room, yoga rooms and party hall ) are all available and well maintained.
Now the Negatives about the society
1. due to the ongoing construction in nearby new upcoming buildings and interior works happening , pollution and dust levels are extremely high. Very unhealthy for kids and old age people.
2. There are lots of cases of dengue reported due to the mosquitoes and open pond opposite the building. Small insects problems in the flats across the buildings.
3. The noise levels outside the society is so high especially during weekends. that it becomes unbearable . Ongoing cricket matches opposite the building with loudspeakers and music all throughout the day is nuisance.
4. Construction work nearby starting morning as early as 8 am onwards is unbearable sometimes.
5. Open kitchen adjoining the living room is not a good design for Indian homes.
6. Many of the good restaurants in Vashi and Airoli don’t deliver .
7 Lastly , the society rules permits to do interior work within flats on all days 9am - 9pm) is unusual. Lift breakdowns are common sights every 2-3 days.
