I will never suggest to any one to go with CNS comnet in software Department i have worked more than 3 year .there are following reason. 1.-working with Old technology, 2.-you can't think to be promoted as Team lead ,senior software developer ,and most important never think to be manager of software Team . 3.-you can't put your meaning full suggestion in front of manager on the time of meeting specially in software team. 4-Worst leave facility and break timing for Software Team which is decided by manager. 5.-Mediacal Policy is not good You will get only 1lakh of medical for software Team only employee will be covered every time they are changing the medical policy. 6-On the time of meting if you will tell the thing which is going to be wrong by company then you can not imagine what you are going to phase like Your manager will call the meting and he will treat you like culprit , mainly in software department. 7-Never Fill the appraisal form earlier once you got the mail other wise you will not get the appraisal and your manager will tell you your performance is was not good and you will get the appraisal like 300 rs per year after all the deduction .. So Never try join with software Department 8 Worst Hr.. policy after joining Kasturi Rao. she is changing policy in every 3 month which is always in favor of employer and there is not for employee. she don't have any planning and execution . 9-On the time of appraisal they given 1/ rs(Rupia )to employee. 10.-Need to be marketing of your work in front of your Manager. 11- You can not use your cellphone your manager will treat like a student . 12-sailory issue whatever sailor they offered you on the time of confirmation they will decrease your sailor 1 lakh from offered sailor. 13.The company don't have project if you do have experience 2 to 4 year you will be on bench they will give you one inhouse project UI changes . 14-You will get the bonus but on the time of leaving the organization they will deduct that bonus from your full and final. 15- CNS is like slow poison once you joined the company there is no work and all your technical skill will be harmed 16- every year appraisal is delayed. 17-Confirmation letter is delayed may be they will not provide you after 1 year also. 18-On the time of meting always tell in favor of manager beyond the truth. 19-worst company in Udyog vihar phse3. 20-Work is nothing matter only how much you have done only you need to be happy your manager with gossip in favor of him mostly in software Department.

Its really true the company don't have any thing for employee specially software departmnet , If you have experience and going to join software department it would be worst desion . 1_No new technology they are using. 2_software department policy are very poor 3_ whatever sailory they offered you after 1 year you will get your confirmation letter and they can decrease your sailory as well . 4 _ on the time of leaving the compny they will deduct all the amount like ur bonus. 5_ if you have experience so don't you think you will designate as senior or lead. Already employee are working more than 10 year but still they are working as software engineer. 6_on the time of apprisal your manager will give you one reason about your performance that was not up to the marks.so rather than getting apprisal you will dominated by manager and sailory will be reduced . 7_there is no carriear growth 8_poor managment every time policy is getting change as per hr manager . 9_cab facility is so poor 10 for fresher also there is nothing to be learn 11_they appraised his employee by 1 rs also.

Its a great place to work especially when you want your carrier to grow in right direction. Very amicable relation and organisation mainly focus on employee engagement. Best thing is L&D which means timely training session for employees to update their knowledge. Various activities and occasion are celebrated.I really love to work here.Thank you CNS for giving a chance to boost my carrier in right path.

It's very Good company. It have all facility like free cab facility, subsidized food provided in the premises. We are in software testing. Here we learnt a lot like manual testing and automation testing. Good policies to employees and infrastructure is also very good. Work-personal life is balanced over here.

Great wow now they are started earning money from their employees. When the employees resign in case of not serving Notice period. They send them Notice Pay Recovery letter. Giving their former employee mentally pressure, forgetting that how that employee while working for them with full dedication. It's Okay, It's Okay.. We learn there are such types of companies also exists in this world.

I worked with CNS from June-2016 to Feb-2018 as Manager IT. It was one of my best time in my profession. Managed to implement IT standards process and compliance check. Implemented technologies like Virtualisation with cost benefit. The Tip management is open to all employees. It has a open door policy. Cares for happiness of the employee and it’s related members. Work life balance is good. Weekends are generally off.
