Bad experience,No Job Security, Harressment of Employees, Staff Management have the worst behaviour with employees. Salary Never come on Time.Many Issues with the Comapny..
My Personal Advice: Never give Interview in this Company.

I must say negative review only shared by those people who were not prove their self, else NBCL running good, good in production, good environment, good people management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always listened its good to work with startup co. but the way of NBCL is one of the worst company that i have ever seen.
I will tell you the day of joining,
I was excited to join because they gave me sort of good hike, finally the day begin i have done with form formalities then i met with "The Trainer" of banking. Maashallah....!!! my ears were about to bleed just to listen his English man. Come-on... R u serious to having such Stupid trainers.. If u want good people work remove that (trainer) garbage I had done on that day and decided to leave and really saved my career.
1. Overall small BPO,
2. Trainers are worst than domestic process trainers specially banking one to whom i met, poor in comm. skills and don't know about the knowledge.
3. Don't go for NBCL.
4. Only good for fresher, just work with them to get experience, go and get new job in another BPO, technically NBCL is a training center.
5. Salary will always late.
If working in NBCL, suggest u to leave as soon as possible....

As seen in the previews there is no salary issues. Salary is coming perfectly on the designated dates. Loving the sales experience here.

This company is based in the middle east where they confiscate passports of their employees and treat them like slaves. Now they want to bring the same system to India.Management is making deductions from employees ' salary for reasons like not achieving the target. Employee turnover in this company is very high due to poor working conditions. Please stay away from this company and other middle east based companies for your own safety.Most of the 4 star and 5 star reviews posted over here don't have much detail which puts a question mark over their credibility.Don't trust the reviews posted by placement services as they are getting fat commission from the management to supply labour so they will never tell the truth. Initially these people are very nice because they need to give a good impression to attract new employees but they show their true colours when they know that the employee is trapped and in the firm grip of the company.Don't trust the positive reviews as it has come in the news that even big companies like amazon are paying their employees for positive reviews. How can you get a secure job in this company if the future of the company itself is uncertain?Remember that if a big company like kingfisher can shut down without paying its employees' salaries a small company like nbcl can also shut down without paying its employees.I suggest you to join this company only if money is more important than personal safety for you.Most educated people are aware about the reality of gulf based companies if some body doesn't trust this review they are free to do their own research and find out the truth .These kind of unethical companies from the middle east should be banned in India..
