★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no parking space. Folks visiting the shopping center and offices would be expected to park on the road which is basically no parking. In todays day and age investing in commercial space without dedicated parking for customers is not worth it.
Location is surrounded by Naala on one side and TMC Garbage dump and metro yard on other. Large number of mosquitoes and flies and every year several cases of Dengue are seen. Number of flies is too high.
