★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome in respect of Amenities, 2 tennis courts, basketball courts and a football stadium and surrounding to entire amenities was running track.... awesome clubhouse...temple...all you think of in complex and you ll get those...
As some people have parked their cars on side so others passing by vehicles were facing difficulty, inside complex roads could have been wider for better mobility, also no comments about construction quality as I didn't get chance to analyse it properly...will post again for next time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amenities are good but the builder didn't plan it for Residency. He added the amenities to attract the sake. Despite of in thane near the sandoz baug jungle, THERE IS NO NATURAL AIR. The place is not left for any air. The builder has used the entire surroundings in construction. There are 180+ flats in sach tower and the amenities are handful.
Parking is pathetic which didn't add any value for residents.
There should have been parking inside the tower.
The super market and Medical should have been inside the complex like they have club.
Its a concrete jungle. The spaces between towers is so so limited. It is suffocating. This is the reason they don't allow the buyers to get in.
I pity on the people who purchased flat in Lodha.
Infact the weather is better outside when we stroll in brahmand.
LODHA IS THUGGING middle class. Its a chawl of towers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lodha Amara is one of the best township projects in the heart of Thane City. The complex consists of 45 towers and state of the art facility of play rooms, theater, swimming pools, jungle walk, community halls and big football grounds and cricket turfs. This complex is a very spacious project and has towers with 30 floors building.
The security is also good who check all visitors and ensure the entry is authorized. There are multiple swimming pools that cater to both male and females as well as only females too.
There also happens to be a jogging track which is very nice and quite well built. The football ground is real size football ground and there is sufficient lighting in the entire ground.
For Carparking there is a separate building altogether and there is visitor parking also available.
From thane station the rickshaw charges 80-90/- bucks to lodha amara and that is the only drawback that it is very far from the station.
One can definitely consider this place as their vacation home and the property built quality is also quite decent.
Also worth mentioning is that the building also has a Ganpati and Jain mandir too.
I would give an overall rating of 8/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well planned complex by Lodha. There is a special parking building at the beginning that ensures pollution does not pile up at the residence place. The complex comprises of multiple towers backed by vigilant security and surrounded by various playgrounds and recreational areas. This is a nice place to live by. You get important shops like chemist, restaurants, etc just outside the complex.
