This is a factory not a company where they hires labour on daily wages .
No leaves, sick leaves, paid leaves.
They find only reason to deduct salary somehow.99% employees never recieves their full salary.
I couldn't even imagine of these kind of workplace can exsist .
Salary never on time.
Provides salary on 15 of everymonth so any how you are not getting your 15 days of payoff in your salary .

Senior's behavior just like a god and they treat junior's like bonded labour, ones you entered the company then you can't go outside from the company for the tea, lunch etc., Overall bed experience for me..
