★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and worst service.i wanted a fibre connection and asked them if it is possible in my area , they said its possible .after that i made an online payment to them.then after the payment they said connection is not possible and that you can opt for a copper connection . In copper connection they reduced the speed and price was almost same. its been more tgan one week and still waiting for refund.
Dont opt for this service
Raman one of their customer was very polite but jyoti has no manners and she made it appear like they are doing us a favour by refunding our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful services. Initially it took about one week to install the connection. On regular intervals internet keeps getting disconnected and wifi shows no Internet. Now their pole fell and wires got broken which are not getting repaired since one week even after multiple requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connect broadband is the biggest network provider in India now. I went here for my connection. The staff of this place is very helpful and calm in nature. There are number of counters which saves customers precious time. Place is neat and clean and there is availability of chairs, so no one has to stand in long queues for their turn. Customers are provided with tockens as they enter, and early customer are preffered first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Connect Telecom is totally Froud Froud Froud and Cheap. Worst in Service. This Telecome has only the thirst of money and the employees of this Telecome are the same Froud like Company. This telecom is doing Froud with People. And charging extra Bill. Becareful from this Telecome Service. The helpline no 198 & 199 of this Telecome remains out of Service. Even the customers are not able to take the satisafactory response or solution from the Headoffice Mohali Helpline No.
So becareful from this Telecome Service. Now I am going to consumer court and TRAI to complaint against this Telecome and there employees.
