★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have taken money from me for providing connection till six months but they are disconnecting every month and after 3-4 days and calling here and there it gets started and the same process is to be repeated every month, worst customer care service, they are unable to update a single payment so that the services goes uninterrupted, just they are doing blame game on others, i do not recommend anyone to avail the services of fastway or netplus !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want refund .I was saying to you from 25th May that i want a new telephone number .you are always giving the time of 48 hrs when ever i call you . Till now you have not given me the number . I went to your office . Your manager Simrandeep Singh has done misbehave with me. That’s why i have cut down my internet connection .

Had submitted my documents 10 days back, and was told the connection will be installed the next day. I've been following up continuously from Day 1 and its Day 10th now & no installation has been done. The government providers are far at a better place than these guys!!
