★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service i had requested 3 times but i didnt receivrd response even one time from local technicians for new connection and status automatically updated with customer care that "not interested " dont know the problem becasue i didnt received any call from executive regarding connection so how can update staust automatic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called on their number multiple times and even contacted the local cable operator for the broadband connection, but I got ZERO response from them. Every time I call I have been told I will receive a call in next 24 hrs but I received nothing. If the company is not interested in acquiring a new customer, then let's see how it thrives in this competitive market. I guess I would have to explore other options. However Netplus, thank for giving me the worst experience like no other. Kudos !
