★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we say corporate we mean being professional and stick to schedules ...this outlet at BKC is thoroughly unprofessional...i ordered 3 shirts on 24th Nov and was promised I would get it by 28th. but on 28th they said its not ready..n I will get it on Tues...this went on till yesterday..Finallly i lost my cool as firstly they dont open shop at 10am as mentioned in their web page,scondly there is no followup or call back regarding the delay. The last straw was today I went to their store at 10.45am since I got a call last evening saying that my order was done, the store was locked.I waited till 11am.Finally I gave up n returned.Then the store person called me nd said he will send the parcel at 1.30....i called them at 2pm.he said he has left to deliver the parcel in a rick...again i called at 2.30..since i stay in kalina BKC is just 10mins by rick ...he said he has already reached kalina...finally the person came at 3pm.
