โ โ โ โ โ My wife insisted on taking membership some three years ago.Organisation seems to be non-existent. E-mails are not answered despite repeated reminders. Most unhelpful when you manage to speak to them. They bombard you with phone-calls only to get maintenance charges even when they are not due.

โ โ โ โ โ Readers of this review may find this "fraud" and "cheat" reviews only for this Ansal Plaza Branch, because they Country Club has hired following 3 cheat people in their office:
-Ms. Ruchi Chauhan (was introduced to me as head of the office)
-Mr. Manoj Choudhary (was introduced to me as manager of Sales and Marketing activities)
-Ms. Amita (sales executive)
- Ms Ruchika Sachdeva (customer support representative)
I won't say much about my expereince [other reviewers say a lot]
In nut-shell, they are earning their livelihood on lies, false statements, and fraud.
I amused to notice that what sort of Branch Manager (Ms Ruchi Chauhan), Country Club has hired.
i.Even during the last few heated discussions, I never accustomed that Ms. Amita or Mr. Manoj raising their voice. But Ms. Ruchi was literally shouting at me.
ii.She could not even understand that even-if something wrong has happened that can be resolved by peaceful conversation.
iii.She has been so immature to understand the real intent of this marketing could be to show hospitality of Country Club, and not to CHEAT. But what they have been doing is CHEAT the POTENTIAL customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I have taken membership in March 2015. Since then I could use club facility only two times. Promises not fulfilled, complaints not attended, Wrong Membership cards made, written mails for more then 10 times no action taken. Getting daily average 5 calls for annual subscription but no one cares for my issues.
If this is the status of COUNTRY CLUB then only god knows how other clubs work. or may be this is my mistake that I have taken WHITE membership by spending lacs of rupees.
Hope some one is going to take care.

โ โ โ โ โ Dont go there neither for free holiday voucher nor for membership. Their membership plan is a full trap. All of their marketing agents do the fake promises while giving the plan. They will not give you time to check the hotels. They show all DAE hotels stating that all are country club hotels. Also, they say that all of their properties are 4 and 5 star only. However, if you check, most of the properties are 3 start only with the average rooms. They dont have 5 star properties.
I have visited their properties, even though they have shown those properties as 3 star but actully rooms and specially bathrooms are pathetic.
They will take your money and give poor service. Also, customer service executive is not helpful here. Its a complete wastage of your money and time.
If you will ask for refund everytime they will ask you to drop an email and then later on they will tell you it cant be done.
They are big time frauds. These people should behind the bars for their fake promises.

โ โ โ โ โ Beware , do not go for vouchers, they call you , waste your time with presentation & if you dont buy membership they may not give you the vouchers. Their timeshare concept is- get the money forget about customer service. Just read existing customer reviews. Their overall attitude seems- take the money forget the customers. They hire shooddy managers to bully you into buying their membership. If you dont buy membership ,humiliation is guarenteed. If you buy membership poor service is guarenteed. They may nit be totally fake but they are doing nothing to stop their ugly marketing managers , who tend to bully, humiliate their targets . Based upon my experience at korum mall thane .
