EXCELLENT SERVICE The man I spoke today was Mr Amit Adya, General Manager, Courtesy Honha, Okhla. Great customer service! More over a great gentleman to talk to. he was very humble, helpful in answering questions as well as very empathetic by sending his representatives in no time. Mr Amit went above and beyond to help me out today. He noticed that I was highly annoyed due to negligence of few staff members in providing service but the manner he worked on the case is highly appreciable. I must say he is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work ?

I want 0 rating for the Service but No option available for 0 rating so i give 1 Star. Very Bad expierence for Service. Even after service they called me for the experience and i told about the experience and they assure we will sort it out but no one call me or reply my mail after 2 weeks. So i requested not to visit for Honda Car Service here. Washing is very bad after i request they do not clean properly. Further i requested Mr. Amit Service advisor that i gave my car for service only when you completed all service related work till 4 P.M and he assure that 100% you will get car at 4 P.M but i received my Car at 6 PM and service advisor is not available that time.

Worst service provider. They were unable to fix the issues with my car. It has been three weeks since then. Still not able to do what they promised. worst thing is their service manager and technician Mr. Amit and Mr. Siraj have stopped answering to my phone. Do not get your car serviced from here. You will regret your decision.

Excellent customer service and experience for the past 15 years now My current service included Body Shop work and extensive servicing inclusion changing the complete suspension & steering rack Shailendra Jha was excellent as always . I ve had my Honda's taken care by the Body Shoppe under Mr Shailendra on three pervious occasions: this time it was no different : going the extra mile to put a smile on the customers face . Shailendra ji s assistant Mr Jameel was equally professional, polite and helpful. On the servicing front Mr Siraj , whom we know from his service advisor days was most helpful , professional and trustworthy in his dealing . We are completely satisfied with the way this Honda team s been dealing with us over the years . Finally Ms Neetu Suman & her customer support team have been exceedingly polite & helpful as always . I have no doubt that we will be purchasing the new City Hybrid & the upcoming Honda HRV from none other that Courtsey Honda Okhla .

I gave my car Honda City DL -1282 (which i bought from their showroom itself) for servicing at Courtesy Honda Okhla Phase 2 center. Despite the equipment, infrastructure and high charges, their team has incompetent technical staff who would be better suited working as road side mechanics- Extremely disappointing experience. They a team of novices and armature's who confidently claim to diagnose the problem only to go back on their word. NEVER GO to them. They confidently told me the list of problems in my car and how every other thing is bad or needs replacement (which until morning was perfect). They said my car battery was bad and was causing a problem in starting the car. I asked them replace with a new battery which they charged me for, and within 2 hours they have come back and said new battery is not the problem at all but now something else is. Extremely disappointing experience with the Okhla Phase 2 workshop.

My dad went for paid servicing of our Honda City car with The dealer Lally Automobiles in Delhi. Honestly, a very Bad experience. It was first time that my dad had such a bad experience. I am using very kind words but can't explain you what all went wrong. From the initial estimation to the final bill, it was a huge difference. lot of unnecessary things were added without informing or consulting. Even the delivery of the car was delayed and we were asked to wait more than 4 hours to get our car serviced. We did confront with manager at the service centre but he was not helpful at all. Request all the readers to give a second thought before visiting the service centre at lally automobiles.
