★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are using your hospital more than 9 yrs., First time we had bad experience. Management have to look after this issues. There's a huge gap between Doctors and hospital Pharmacy. Most of the medicines (same) are not available on your pharmacy. So, without informing us, pharmacist himself changed another medicines on Dr's prescription and gave to us. After reaching home, we realised that, and asked pharmist, then he responding that, medicines are same, only company is different.
If pharmacist have more than Dr. knowledge, then why we should pay doctor fees, directly take approach your pharmacy / pharmacist....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Cratis Hospital, where we are assigned to have covid vaccination. Even the security guard and administrator is walking around without mask . How do expect to fight this pandemic like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to other hospitals, anywhere, even for emergency. I have been there for emergency, but the doctor on duty, Vinu, does not know how to inject intradermal local anesthesia. He is very rude as well. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend another hospital, really creepy behaviour by a male doctor, dermatologist prescribed steroids without explaining the serious side effects and gynac doesn't believe in mental health despite being a doctor themselves. Really disappointing. Receptionists are always very sweet though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had admitted at Cratis Hospital 1 weeks ago for kidney stone removal surgery Dr Siddiq Sheriff provided timely attention and treatment by Dr Sujith.Excellent medical care and personal attention given by Dr Siddiq helped me speedy recovery. All the staff's nurses and housekeeping kind and helpful and do their best.
Almost all of our family members treatment done here i feel home away from home !!! Thanks Dr Siddiq Sheriff for all your kind support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admitted my father at Cratis Hospital couple of weeks ago, he was down with fever and his sodium level had dropped and was extremely fatigued, Dr Siddiq Sheriff provided timely attention and treatment, dad was back on his feet within couple of days. Excellent medical care and personal attention given by Dr Siddiq helped with dad’s speedy recovery. The reception staff, nurses and housekeeping staff are kind and helpful and do their best.
