There are 2,3,4&5 bhk flats and prices start from 4 crore to 12 crore plus taxes. All harbour,central and western railways are in close proximity along with new monorail service is also upcoming shortly. Many hospitals viz KEM,TATA,Wadia are just waking distance away. Also there is cancer and tuberculosis medical treatment and research centre nearby. Hafkin institute is also nearby.
