β β β β β This is most pathetic service I have ever received. During the time of sale they be all sweet and supportive but after that's done. They act as if they don't know you. Delivery was even more pain full and the installation is still not done after 2 months
I would prefer Vijay Sales or any other store for that matter

β β β β β Very very disappointed with service. We have booked Symphony cooler on 28th mar 2022. A defect was seen in during the delivery on 30 march. Hence the product was not accepted and was sent back. We were told that it will be replaced with the new one. Post that there is no information from croma side on the order. When called in the store on 1st Apr 2022 We were informed that the are many such complaint regarding this particular cooller recently received. Post that there was again no information provided from croma. Today 4th Apr 2022 I receive a message that the cooler was delivered and extended warranty certificate for the same. But in reality the product is not delivered and the when called in the store the phone is also not answered. I wish I could the rate them in negative but that is not option as 1 is the lowest.
