β β β β β I want to update my review based on recent service. Croma helped me for replacement which is making me to update the ratings and quite satisfied now.
The store service is ave , it takes 2-3 hrs for billing and if you go for EMI option ot takes another couple of hours.

Surfing through items was fun!
But price range is on the higher side.
Everything is available online these day, hense it's easy to compare.

β β β β β Super nice place where you can all of your need under a single umbrella. Huge option be it in TV, Washin machine, ac etc. Only improvement that I would like to suggest is that billing should be bit quicker.

β β β β β You'll have to scan through the products for yourself. After sales service is pathetic. 2 stars is only for the range of products available. Apart from that nothing is worth mentioning. Plus being a Tata Venture, the sales people are more interested in selling other brands and talk low about their own products even if you show interest

β β β β β Visited this place today evening, had a very disturbing and disappointing experience.
Chose a TV 43 inches, price was finalized
Went for full payment by my Debit Card.
Card was swiped, I was debited but the store did not get the credit.
This exercise was repeated, and I was told that they were havig connectivity issues.
Finally left the store, this was not the Tata I knew, the sales person were so reluctant and easy going. No serious business minded person with a conviction to close a deal. Anyways please avoid this particular store is my own suggestion which at least I will abide to.

β β β β β Good and reasonably priced electrical and electronics goods are available here. Staffs are alo good and helpful. Multiple finance and Bank offers are available. They are also provide the necessary home delivery for large items like refrigerator, washing machine etc.
Overall good and satisfied.
