★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst porting experience at this store, the number was ported but not activated so when i enquired at the store was told LTE was not supported on teh phone. This they are telling me after the porting has been done and the whole time the phone was with me and clearly shown to them. And top of that they have the audacity to suggest it was my mistake.
Who is the Jio store here? who are the technical people to know if a handset is not supported or not? why it was not checked whe nporting was being done ..pathetic experience and i'll not go there again and nor would recommend this to family and friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic and rude behavior of staffs. Today i went for issue a new sim. They kept me sit around half an hour. Three staffs are there, one is busy in his personal phone, one is doing something and another one is chirping with a girl. After half an hour, i again requested to do my work. They rudely said that you had to wait for some time. At last, when i said that you were not interested to do my work the i had to go. Then again he said you had to wait unless you can go to other shop. They had not value of time. Very vad experience. Pls avoid such shops which did not respect the customer.
