★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a dearth of a good, reliable and a caring veterinary clinic in Kolkata, Sai brings a fresh ray of hope to all the pet parents. A good team lead by Dr Shyamal Guha, this is one the best pet clinic which is safest during the pandemic. They are well equipped with all the necessary equipments and is a specialist in critical care and surgery. My pet had a tumour and after its surgery it became infectious and super critical. My pet is absolutely fine and healed. Shifting to Sai, was one of the best decisions. A very caring and an understanding doctor, who will always be at your beck and call, and will treat your pet as his own, is what is special about this clinic. Special thanks to Rohit for taking extra care and being the best post-op "wound-dressing" specialist, who is equally well aware of all your pet worries. Stating this,I have permanently shifted all my pet woes to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. I had a terrible experience here. The doctor prescribed a Dextrose Saline solution for my sick cat. However, dextrose is harmful for cats. I have attached a screenshot from the internet as proof.
I went to another clinic after this and the vet over there informed me about the harm done to my cat due to injection of Dextrose Saline solution.
The place is thoroughly understaffed as well. And the assistants do not have proper expertise either. They were supposed to come over to my house for 3 days to administer some injections and saline solutions. However, they didn't show up from the second day. In hindsight, that was a blessing in disguise. Otherwise, my cat would've become even more sick.
