★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym does not follow covid 19 rules actually i must say the members don't follow at all . Secondly if u ask any suggestion only then he gives u the tips otherwise if he sees u while having a round then only he will correct you otherwise everyone lift heavy weights without any guidence of the trainer and the trainer does not bother about it. In nut shell i would say that this trainer only has experience but does not have any researche knowledge so it's best to go to other gym because see this is out body and health don't compromise because of money.
