★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience. they didnot deliver what they promised and they didnot gave me the receipt. very few machines that is not sufficient and few machines are broken but they are still keeping those like showpiece.no aerobics and irregular stem bath and no discipline is followed. taking lot of holidays and that too without informing. waste of time so i wont recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection of equipments, very helpful instructors, separate places for men and women...also suggest diet chart keeping your expense, reach to market and daily routine in mind....opens from 5 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 10 pm daily ....Sunday evening and Monday morning is off

It works on joe weider's principle. Also there is separate gym for ladies and gents. Ladies can do exercise freely that is very good. It's provide steam bath for all. Thanks Body Shape.
