Vast cardio machine selection; small weight room with older equipment, but it has all of the basic necessities for weight lifting (squat rack, cable machines, decent range of dumbbells, etc). The trainers & staff here are beyond friendly and helpful (Especially Sir (Pradeep Solanki) his experience will always help you for body building
