★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time i visited this service center . it was in 1st floor . very easy to locate this store . very gud staff explained abt wat happened n gave me a suggestion wat to do... i took littel bit more time to explain n they calmly lisent about my problem n explained very much about the prblm and i am very much impressed wit ther talking n friendly nature. still i want to visit this store nxt week for the service ..

My laptop was in working condition and with me within the stipulated time. They even called me after 5 days to enquire whether the Laptop is still working, it shows overall service is customer-centred. The technicians are also very helpful. Very Satisfactory Service.

You guys tell service done and it shows same issue??♀️Tired of calling following up and dropping ma laptop in your store. Twice I came and they say service done everything is fine but still m facing same issue??♀️Last 2 times came they said okay and now m da I got this. Need to talk to you on this. I am unable to talk to you by reaching to those given numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience on Thursday with Vijay. He came and asked me to drop my laptop on Monday to check. But today's guy (the guy on your photographs) had a totally different take and he did not seem very customer friendly at all. Seem to just start off with the negative aspects and was not helpful in getting an agreeable resolution. He needs a bit of more customer friendliness and patience to deal with customers. He even almost shooed me away by saying 'Next' Maybe the poor chap had a bad Monday morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre people are thief they will charge twice the amount what actuvally it is in market , they charged me battery price 9500 including 1400 GST for DELL inspiron 15 5547 model and battery gone within 26 months again and more over hardly i didnt used laptop 500 hours in these 26 months. So today again I went other service centre for battery change as they told me that battery is gone , this time hardly they charged me 4850 for new battery replace , So my advise is dont go with this malleswaram laptop store service center..I mean they are looters or thieves..attaching bill of same type battery here with different service provider what they charged me.
