β β β β β We had gone on Rajasthan trip in Aug 2017. We were 3- my wife, our daughter and myself.
As per our requirement Crystal had arranged for Innova which took us in and around Jaipur and to Ajmer, Pushkar, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur.
We had a good vacation..the vehicle was comfortable and the driver..Kailash was very accommodating.
The hotels and resorts were chosen by my daughter who had come down from Australia and Crystal helped in giving us good deals in the hotels which ranged from Jaimahal Palace in Jaipur to resort in Pushkar and Jaisalmer. However, the desart camp resort in Jaisalmer was a let down as the agency had on their own changed the booking to another one..which we refused on visiting it as it was terrible. In fact we should have asked for refund. Other than this setback, the tour was quite comfortable and enjoyable. I want to reiterate that the driver was very good.
Overall we had a leisurely tour of Rajasthan of 15 days.
I strongly recommend Crystal tours and travels, and Rajasthan during off season and in good weather.

I was extremely satisfied with kerala , Dubai , Darzeling , Rajasthan tour Ms. Neetu, the owner, has proven to be very courteous and helpful from begining. β β β β β Excellent travel agency. Booked a package tour to Singapore and Malaysia through Crystal Travel Deals and had an awesome trip. We faced no problem whatsoever during the trip. All the tickets and coupons were handed to us on the day of arrival in Singapore itself. The package included almost 99% of the sightseeing places in Singapore and Malaysia. Their representatives are also very helpful. They guided us through all the formalities for booking of the package, applying the visa, preparing the supporting documents, etc.
Finally I would say that I had a very good experience of booking a package tour through Crystal Travel Deals and I would recommend the same to my friends as well.
