★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a detailed review after taking there service twice and based on the entire experience on the follow up, service provider and the costing for the same, first to mention.. those who seek the service from this shop.. may always go for a detailed second openion from other service providers, as the service from DSP pumps were below substandard. I have trusted them twice and that came up to be the worst mistake for the water pump I had. They charged me like hell and finally the pump gave up again and again. Guess the fun part... They charged me again for the service they gave due to the same problem occurred after the repair from there end... That shows the extent of there quality control and customer satisfaction with no assurance of the work. I found other service providers much professional and coast oriented then DSP pump as the only thing they seem to bother is to fetch a lot of money and forget the customer.
They are Not a very good option to consider for your pump problems, however it's really surprising to see there rating in Just Dial.. seems like they don't deserve it as per my experience with them..
