★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Ticket counter, good staff. You will get all the tickets for local as well as long distance, express trains, It is always crowdee but there are many ticket windows so the que moves very fast staff is speedy so u will get tickets immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dadar station should have an escalator or a lift. There is an escalator on the west side for passengers going up. There is also a lift on the east side. Both these serve passengers who alight. As a senior citizen and frequent, I think there should also be a lift/escalator for passengers going down to the platforms to catch a train. Just one lift/escalator for going up is not enough as it is difficult to walk down the stairs with baggage. For example, as it in Nashik Road Rly Station which is currently not functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the important station in Mumbai Central railways. From dadar terminus Many trains towards Maharashtra major city and south India city starts. If you want change train for Western railways Churchgate, Andheri, borivali, Virar then you must be alight here.
