★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased an office space way back on 2013 but still have not recd any confirmation as to when I can expect possession. Their has been a abnormal delay now and builder should complete the work. Payments have been done by 2015 only. Only last installment of offer on possession is pending. Now they are promising to give possession by June 2020 which is again an another attempt to pacify investors. Beware buyers from this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken office b1910, 361 sqft which was not approved. They were not providing me certified copy of floor plan, so I went to RERA and then tribunal in Lucknow. I received my all money with MCLR +1 interest rate. So, be careful if you are buying office space of size less than 800sqft. If doing so, ask to provide certified copy of floor plan singed by Praveen along with company stamp. On top right of floor plan you will find greater Noida industrial development authority stamp as well. You can also visit GNID office and get floor after paying 450rs. If they aren't providing then file RTI there on counter by writing application. In project, overloading is also high and so you will get end up getting much smaller area. So, it is essential for everyone to demand certified floor plan from developer. In my opinion not good for investment as area is already clustered with office space. You will end up paying maintenance without getting lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New constructed residential cum commercial society. Mall, supermarket and office construction in progress, however residency has finished. Total 4 tower, 212 flats, 1150 and 1180 size . Good construction quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NX One is one of the most premier properties in Greater Noida West area. It has residential complexes, a shopping mall, dedicated parking floors and multiple office complexes and suites. At the time of writing this review, the work is at full swing and it is expected that they will deliver the office tower within a year. There are many other malls and office complexes nearby so it would be interesting to see how this property fairs over time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful and new society well furnished flats 2 BHK size 1150 Sqft. Spacious and airy rooms new interiors. Guest parking space, club house, open gym, north east facing, sun light comes in every flat, tight security at every tower and main entrance, green area, 18 ft road etc.
