★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My most favourite place in whole delhi, authentic korean food and teas and shakes and the best MANGO BINGSU....i don't think i have ever had tha amazing bingsu anywhere is delhi. Don't serve alcohol. Drinks variety includes shakes and juices. Various options for vegetarians as well.

And most importantly the work environment is excellent. The staff's were super friendly and hard working. I'm very much comfortable visiting dalgrak.
No where in Delhi restaurants makes me as comfortable as dalgrak. Way to go team dalgrak ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to meet one of the officials at Korean Cultural Centre India (KCCI) and she took me to this cafe as it is housed inside the Centre. I fell in love with the vibes, milieu and warmth inside the cafe. It was not only the warmth of the place as the temperature was regulated, but the warmth of the people serving authentic Korean food. Their tagline also caught my attention the moment one of the servers placed a paper table mat. The tagline read- 'The Sound of Taste'.
The KCCI official asked me if I wish to try out some Korean dishes to which I stated that if they can serve some vegetarian dish. The Manager, Benjamin, a highly friendly and cordial professional walked up to our table and suggested Veg Jeon and Citrus tea to us. I wanted to have some hot beverage and his suggestions turned out to be highly delicious, healthful and refreshing.
The crowd was a mix of young and middle-aged Indians and Koreans. I also spotted some other foreign nationals as well. Great music, well-lit cafe, impeccably clean and amazing freshly cooked delicacies are no less than a treat for self.
One needs to place the order at the counter and require to make the payment, either via online or offline mode there and then the food ordered gets served on your table. The servers are very cordial gentle and smartly dressed females and they are truly swift in their service.
All the staff members at the cafe were wearing masks and were maintaining social distancing as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalgrak at the Korean Cultural Centre is arguably the best and most authentic Korean food in Delhi for the price.
The ambience is great for a quiet meal and a conversation.
The desert menu is pretty good. They serve pour over coffee that's quite smooth.
And you can't go wrong with their cheesecake.
