★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 to 10 minutes walk from moolchand metro station ... Services are okay. Attaching price list if you are applying for immigration. I asked for copy of my records and they kinda made excuses ... Other than this my experience was as you should expect from any medical center.

Worst experience so far .

I believe that the center is running at 200% of its capacity.
5 star for the efforts of the staff, but there is urgent need to expand the infrastructure.

Appointment was at 1030, got it booked by Naina over the phone. Great customer service.
Visited at 1000 and everything got completed in 2 hours. Though team was trying to manage people well but still there was a requirement of improvement as seats were packed and so much was happening around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience while visited Max at Lajpat Nagar IV, Ring road.
Parking facilities on ground floor and rest on Second floor. Staff helping visitors with a pleasant smile. Everything went well as explained earlier. Place was full with lots of students, working people and few elders too. Reports will be sent directly to Embassy within a week. I'm fully satisfied with the service providers. Good wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional staff, No covid precautions are being followed . The facility was filled with people and no matter you have taken prior appointments the process is extremely delayed. I had to wait 2 hrs from my appointment time before my process started .
Staff did not explained about procedures just told us to wait wait and wait .
This is not expected from a reputed brand like max , They should not accommodate people more than their capacity . Consider this hospital only if you don’t value your time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my Visa Medicals, The experience was really very good, Staff is very helpful and supportive and Dr. Supriya Bali was very kind. Take your time and go there as it took around 2 hours for me, The crowd was decent at that time but it can take more or less depending upon the crowd.
