It's an amazing fitness centre which turned my reluctance for exercise into a habit which I look forward to with immense excitement. Monika ma'am is an amazing instructor. All the other members, who are eager to lead a healthy life, share a strong sense of community. Staying fit doesn't feel like a tedious task anymore.

I always do workouts and have gone to gym for long time. My weight has reached a stagnant position and it was not going down anymore. I joined dance for fitness studio in March 2022, and I have lost more than 2 kgs in one month. Doing zumba is more fun than going to gym. The studio ambience is great and my teacher monica mam is just superb. She is energetic, motivating and very diligent. She pays attention to every posture that we are doing. I enjoy doing zumba so much that I have not missed a single class since joining. I remembered that I used to hit gym 15 days in a month, and now I am doing my workouts all 30 days. Thanks to Monica mam and dance for fitness studio

Everything i wanted out of a workout. Fun! The ambience is lovely, they have neon lights. It's like a party everyday. Timing is also v flexible. Highly recommended!

Dance for Fitness is the best studio and Monika Sharma Ma'am is the best instructor.. She is very motivational and super energetic and very much friendly..I joined here for the zumba class and now it's a place where I feel stress-free..My son also do zumba classes with me and he is also a very big fan of Monika Ma'am.. I'll highly recommend this studio..
