In past years public used to play cricket here.
Now a days,
It is not in good condition
And not maintained well.
In Darbar gadh there is gopal haveli
Ramji mandir
Two vaishnav haveli is located.
It very conjusted area.
In Navratri Garbi is also organised here.
They do it well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in centre of Gondal, Beautiful palace to see. Though proper guides with a thorough knowledge of history would have been more helpfull. HH Bhagwatsinhji's collections, his brief history and welfare he did for the people can be seen here. Original collection of "Bhagwat Gomandal" the first dictionary of gujarati and also the principals for administration and for public, self written by Bhagwatsinhji is kept here.
Also the horse carriages of the period are kept here. A lot of movies and TV serials are shot here. Collection of crockeries is also with seeing.
History lovers should not miss this palace as well as orchard palace nearby.The palace is still managed by the heirs of third generation.
