★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained ticket counter, but problem is they don't announce any Down train. Which is very problematic. They operate only from one counter, another two counters are just for show. Take your time and be in queue. If you miss your train for that, you can't blame anyone. afterall its SOUTH EASTERN Railway. Right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is good. But the bad thing is they don't announce regularly. and Also most of the days they put "out of order" in the one of only two counter. So some days the queue gets pretty large to miss couple of trains.
