β β β β β Staff not trained nor humble, I lost my Gold ring in Billiards room and could not able to find, left my contact number with them, nobody ever called and nor they pick up landline no. many a times landline is not working. Pathetic experience. DDA authority should replace the staff and keep smart young people, if they really want to see the change at all the sports complexes in Delhi.

β β β β β Good DDA sports complex, pocket friendly place for playing games, ample parking. Largely most basic sports facility like gym, skating tennis, squash, basketball, badminton (open and closed both), swimming pool, cricket and football ground.
Golf is not there

β β β β β They have a very big space for sports facility. But, customers suffer due to management's slow and lethargic planning and decision making. Example - They take membership fees and swimming fee well in advance from customers but at the time of opening of pool, they don't open the pool due to licence is not available. Also, the staff member says that fees will not be adjusted against the days customers have missed to use the pool due to club's mis management.They don't care about the money spent by the people.

β β β β β Neat and clean place to play sports. It has Tennis, badminton, squash, cricket, swimming pool, gym and jogging track. I found squash court was one of the best among other sports complex. Entry fees is 59 rs and then some sports has additional charge as well like Tennis synthetic court is extra 90 rs and badminton indoor has 120 rs to book court for one hour.

β β β β β Well, I do not want to even give a single star to this facility. The facility is good but the staff including the Secretary is absolutely useless. They would want to take money blindly even though they do not have slots available for your desired time for your desired sport. After you pay the fees you will be told, oh no slots available for evening for the entire duration of your membership. You can visit 3-4 or 4-5 in the afternoon to access your sports. Absolutely rubbish isn't it. If you do not have slots according to our time then you must tell this while registering the person and not after accepting the fees.On top of that if you ask for refund they say, you cannot get a refund and neither you can get your desired slots. We took it to the Secretary and he is an absolute rude guy and absolutely do not deserve to be sitting on such an Honorary position where he is dealing with Children of age 5 onwards or maybe lower even.
This is absolute dominance of power and there is no organisation,be it private or Govt where you do not have the facility to take a refund if the fault is from the organisation side.
I vouch for the change of Secretary of DDA Saket sports center, in the benefit and comfortability of the members and the club itself.
