★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy. Price is high. Quality very bad. Within a month started getting lots of problems. Was not able to go for servicing on time so requested for servicing but the owner said I need to pay. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a cycle from the shop. After that for fitting/ serviceing the shopkeeper asked me go to a cycle workshop nearby where many parts has not been tighten. Therefore my child is not able to use the cycle . Very poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, made a blunder by buying cycle from here. No customer service, no response, no interest. Cycle was defective from beginning. Chain issue, balance break, steering handle nut defective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please save your money and buy from another place. They are about selling and not service. If your product is faulty, then you're on your own. They will accuse you of not knowing how to ride your cycle. I will further elaborate, on this issue later.

I have purchased a bicycle from here at around 1 month ago. And facing 2 major issues!
1. Rear break is faculty (I told them, but they ignored me and said it will be ok after I run the cycle for a week or so! Still not solved!)
2. Cracking sound on the paddle (same, they ignored and said it will work fine if I put few drops of oil there. Still it hurts my ears!)
Bad experience!
Careless after sales service:
The servising shop workers are not care about their customers, they are busy on their own discussions (in bengali - তারা আড্ডা মারতে ব্যস্ত, customer কি বলছে তাদের শোনার সময়ই নাই। একবার না, দুবার আমি গিয়েছি, দুবারই same!)
Rear brake issue:
I told the issue to a local bicycle shop near my apartment. They told me that there have some issue in the rear brake. The brake is gripping the type. So I have put some extra pressure to pull the cycle. And it's not going to fix in the next 1 week or so (or even in the next 1 year)! I have to change it!
I don't know about any technical stuffs! But the experience is not satisfied at all!

They have excellent service and after sales. The shopowner is very friendly. A lot of kids buy cycles from this store. You can expect same day delivery and it also provides servicing on your existing bike.
