★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had been a horrific experience. I bought a Hero cycle with gears and paid by Phone Pe first, but when the store employee denied having rec, I paid again by my debit card. Afterwards, I checked and found that payment had been repeated. Immediately I showed the message and the store accepted that they have received payment twice. I asked my refund and was instantly informed that , same refund will be done next day. Then on, no one contacted and refund was made after 13 days with request, intimidation and what not.
The cycle was also not assembled properly.
Pl do not go to this store.
