★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Hero Thorn 26T on 30-May-20, next day back tyre was leaked and no air pressure. Have contacted store twice is last one week, but every time they told me check for local repair store or wait for 2-3 days to visit their store. One of the very bad Hero Cycle store to buy new bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cycle shop is worst ? and service is also not good . Shop doesn't repair if there is problem in the cycle. My cycle's tyre , handle and brake have a problem but they doesn't repair it . They have given warranty card which is no use of it . ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know about shop but there is small space which is attached to the shop which they called servicing space ,ths worst service I ever had they charged too high for service my mtb ,just little bit brake wire fitting and wheel alignment and washing they cost 350
That's what they called servicing ,not recommend to service any one who have expensive bike ,really not satisfied
