I went to get Franking done at this bank but their machine is broken down since 2days, I have been calling the but no one bothers to pickup!
I was told yesterday to come today as the machine is not working, I called up in the morning to check if machine is fixed but sadly no one picked up even after repeatedly calling them. When I arrived at the bank today I was told by the security personell that the machine is not yet fixed which is ok. But when I asked him why is no one recieving the call his reply was don't bother calling no one will recieve. You see the problem is I'm travelling from Goregaon since 2days to Dadar just for this, hence I explained it would be convenient if i know on call when the machine is fixed. To which they flatly refused and said you come everyday and check or go to some other place. When I objected over this and asked to see the manager I was refused!!
I would request to the authorities concern to kindly look into this matter. Orelse just cut off your phone lines why bother paying for something that isn't used.
I hope that there is someone in the Deccan Merchant Co-Op bank concerned enough to do something about this otherwise I don't think you are ever going to see a change in your current Google rating which is already a sad story in itself!
