I urge people to step out and seek help if they feel they need it. Don't let the stigma stop you from seeking help rather seek help to reduce it so that you set an example for people to step out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an intern at PALS is an opportunity for significant reflection and growth, and it is the highlight of my graduate training. I loved the variety of the clinical work, the didactic learning, my fellow interns, and most of all the supervision. My supervisors are genuine, caring, and knowledgeable . I received feedback specific to my areas of challenge and strength, and each supervisor in their own way encouraged and supported me in developing a professional identity authentic to who I am as a student and person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience as an intern at PALS was really exciting. Everyday I learned something new and in the most fun ways possible. Deepali ma’am taught about the important psychological concepts like rapport formation, counselling skills, cognitive behaviour therapy and so on through role plays as well as presentations and made it extremely easy to understand. I gained a lot of practical knowledge through client exposure. I also learned more about psychological assessments and how they are assessed. It was a great experience and it definitely gave me an insight about the field work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had interned at their clinic for quite some time. and it is one of the most commercial places, all they care about is how much they are earning, no matter the mental peace of their patients. and trust me, all the positive reviews that you are reading down are forcefully made to written by them during the end of an internship period. They do not give out certificates if the review hasn't been posted. plus they charge 5-10k from the internship students to learn, which does not happen. if there was an option to give minus stars, a lot of people would have opted for that when it comes to ALPS and the money minded doctors here. BEWARE

All the staff and Ma’am is very humble and welcoming, thank you for a great experience.
Mental health is as important as our physical health,
It includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Being happy and fit are the most important gifts to ourselves, We have to make sure to gift ourselves these by being mentally healthy.

I am utterly grateful to Mam and extend my heartiest thanks with a deep sense of gratitude and respect for her immense guidance and help during my internship. She always encouraged and supported me at every step. The internship not only gave me theoretical knowledge but also gave me great practical exposure.At PALS I have learnt lessons beyond the books.I have been greatly benefited with my internship at PALS.
Mam has a positive outlook to everything and believes the best in people. She leaves no stone unturned to give her best and helps each and everyone to be Mentally Healthy. She is great in her work and believes in spreading the message of being healthy not only physically but mentally too.
I am thankful to the entire team at PALS for their constant encouragement, suggestion and moral support throughout the duration of my Internship.

I learned about various psychological assessments like WAPIS, MISIC, 16PF, CBCL, ABCL, FAMILY RELATIONSHIP TEST, VSMS, TAT, Sacks sentence completion test, taking case history, rapport formation. Really appreciate the practical exposure it provides.
Apart from this, mam focused on taking care of one's mental health has become crucial specially during the time of pandemic. Mental health influences the way that you think, feel, and behave. Remember that you are not alone, at PALS they provide support, assistance and help you need.

The internship was focused on understanding various techniques , skills, psychological assessments and many more important practical aspects. The experience in all has been great.
