The main focus of this NGO is on people development.
Deepastambha not only provides you with exposure to work on various causes but also provides with full support if you wish to explore any new cause. Along with the satisfaction of doing something good for society, I also gained a whole new perspective to look at the society along with with learning management and people management skills.

At its top, DCT has helped me grow in almost every aspect, my behaviour, my management skills, my attitude towards social issues, communication skills, how to work with different kind of people and most importantly being punctual and keeping your commitments, no matter what. The most important thing in DCT which I liked the most is women are treated with utmost respect and care.
