They also updated fake status on their website stating our address was closed.

Pick up agents cancel picking up our returns according to their whims and fancies and falsely blame US that WE refused to handover/were not at home to handover the return. They say they'll come next day to pick it up again but it's all just an elaborate lie to harass customers. And then the courier service itself cancels our return request like their father paid for the product. Will have to drag these scammers to consumer court. Hopefully soon.
