Pity though that as a brand, DTDC, one of the biggest domestic players is yet to up its game both in terms of speed and reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made me wait for 5 hours to pick up a courier, after repeated follow ups said their associate would come and pick it up - didn't even ask for address, said his person would call. Had an urgent parcel to send which is now delayed because of this pathetic group of people. DO NOT CONTACT THEM. DTDC should seriously think about its reputation because of such people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service in pune. Wont respond to your call then in status on line will say house is closed when they tried to deliver. Express delivery is fake. They will charge you extra them they will not even deliver at your home. When you call them they will say oh sorry your parcel is left by mistake. Please come and collect it
