POOR CUSTOMER DEALING I purchased dell inspiron laptop on 29th July from khana enterp. On that very day I install zoom for my class but didn't work out.n camera was also not working. My husband n son went to shop n asked to them they refreshed n restart it worked.on 30th evening camera pixels was not proper I sent them Pic n they asked maybe due to less light it could happen.on 31st night it hanged ,switch off button,this PC was not opened.i record 2 videos n next day I went to my friend to recheck it .we updated n restart it.on next day it again happened when I opened it up. It was asking for updates again I thought I should see to shopkeeper for it could be problem.i went to him 2 employees , rajinder n one 55 approx age employee was there I asked them 2 recheck it . N look 2 my videos I recorded .he refused 2 see it. N didn't listen my problem. I asked him 2 talk 2 my friend as she knows more than me d exact probs. He refused 2 see n started shouting on me kyun baat karun main, maine friend ko nhin Sale kiya jao main nhin karta kya karlogey. I asked owner sitting on chair he shouted jao niklo service center jao.it made d situation worse for me. Other employee also shouted n I argued n on n on .they were not listening 2 me.i called my brother he came after 25 min in d meanwhile other employee told me laptop khareed kar humse humein khareed Liya kya.jab bhi aao hum tumhari complaint dekker jao jao niklo yahoo se.my BP went low I shivered due to there arguing n shouting. When nobody came I called up 100 no. police. They also came but didn't do anything. When my brother came he is advocate he asked them to recheck laptop .they argued alot but got to recheck then. It was a total mess . I feel by this misshapening n arguing of employees n denying by them they have motto to sell only.nothing more than that. GREAT NO TO HAVE PRODUCT FROM THESE KIND OF PEOPLE WHO THINK WOMEN IS A THING TO SAY WORSE WORDS . If my brother wouldn't be advocate he could make me go from there as a common girl. SHAME ON DELL TO GIVE EXCULISIVE DEALERSHIP TO THESE KIND OF SCROUNDRELS. I called Dell also for my feedback but nobody respond me.....
