★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The frontdesk personnel should be active enough to explain things properly to the customers.If the customer has to look for the ac no or for the email address to address thier concern or to do the payment then what is the role of the personnel? The attitude of the lady is horrible.I trust dell and so the technicians without a doubt but the people who run this particular centre need to be active and knowledgable should ensure that the customer has a good experience.Tne entire time if the lady is gonna sit there and tht too give incomplete info then whts the damn use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent service center for Dell Laptop repairs. The place is clean but a little hard to find. Ask to other shopkeepers nearby if you are lost in Nehru Place.
Technicians are really helpful and informative. The people at reception are quite lazy and inattentive though.
Since it's a brand service center you would have to pay a higher amount for products when compared to local shops nearby.
