Weak security and safety drill isn't done since approx 2 years. Partial rules for owner and rentals. Incapable committee members and full of politics. No work is completed on time. Issues faced lift parking water. Not worthy for more than 55Lakhs 1bhk. Brokers and promoters are just increasing the rates so buyers be aware of issues.
